These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nexprov waitlist website operated by Bridge Software LLC ("Bridge Software," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. Waitlist Purpose

The nexprov waitlist site is provided to collect interest in early access to nexprov, a healthcare market intelligence product built around public, non-clinical healthcare data. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, timing of access, product availability, pricing, or any specific feature.

2. Eligibility

The waitlist site is intended for business and professional users who are at least 18 years old. If you join on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have permission to provide your business contact information.

You agree that information you submit through the waitlist form is accurate and that we may use it to contact you about nexprov, early access, product updates, and onboarding. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

nexprov is designed for public healthcare market intelligence. The waitlist site does not request or require Protected Health Information (PHI), patient information, clinical records, or confidential third-party data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge Software LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the waitlist site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge Software's total liability for any claim related to the waitlist site will not exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Chittenden County, Vermont.
